Jose is one our newest and youngest additions to our Pride Nutrition team.  He is currently 23 years old and brings a tremendous amount of Pride and Positive Energy to the table!  He is also Pride Nutrition's Facebook Admin which he helps to keep our entire support Team connected.  Look for Jose to make a great impact in the Bodybuilding industry in the Near future!

Bodybuilding to me is more than a sport.  It is a lifestyle choice that has a direct effect on all aspects of one’s life.  All through my childhood I was the fat kid.   Poor eating habits and lack of exercise is not a good combination. At my heaviest I was 275lbs (this is just 4 years ago) and not happy.   At that point I made the choice to change and improve my life.  I started going to the gym and seeing some results.  The more effort and dedication I put into this new lifestyle I had chosen, the better I felt and looked.  I can’t remember exactly when it was, but there was a day while in this process that something clicked in my head and I wanted to take it a step further.  When I decided to commit to a bodybuilder lifestyle, my life change for the better.  I found my true passion, motivation, and drive. Stepping on stage at my 1st bodybuilding competition last fall was the first step of many towards achieving my goals in bodybuilding.
